Ennsvalley Bakery is well established and known for its quality breads and pastries.
However not many clients are aware of us as producers of top quality cakes which we pro-duce for the airlines first and business classes.
We as well offer a large variety of European style and taste cakes, from a baked Cheese cake to a traditional Austrian Sacher Torte or the always favored Black Forest Cake made with German Sour Cherries and real Kirsch Liqueur.

This year’s Easter Promotion starts on the 29th February with the Launching of our Fruity English Hot Cross Buns at all our major retail outlets.

The Hot Cross Buns are fruity spiced buns which are marked with the sign of the cross sold during Easter Season.

The tradition of Hot Cross Buns dates back to pagan times, when the cross represented the moon and its four quarters and, when the Romans arrived in Britain, they introduced spiced buns which where marked with the sign of the cross.

This years Easter Promotion includes soft and golden baked brioche products to meet all our esteemed customers likes and tastes.
